Hi! We are Matthew and Lindsey Vrahiotes, the owners and operators of Sweet Acre Farms Winery. After meeting on a blind date while attending Valdosta State University, we quickly fell in love and realized how much we enjoyed spending time together. It become our life goal to find our niche in the entrepreneurial realm that would enable us to work together as a team. After seven years of marriage, six of which were spent building a farm from the ground up and attempting to start a business while still maintaining our full time jobs, we finally achieved our dream of opening Sweet Acre Farms Winery. It has been a long road, but we are proud of what we have accomplished and look forward to the journey ahead. We have learned so much as beekeepers, gardeners, fruit cultivators, winemakers, construction workers, salesmen, spouses and parents. We welcomed our third beautiful baby last year! Our three children are our reason "why" and they make our farm a whole lot sweeter.

Without our family, we would not be where we are today. It is with their love and continued support that we are able to accomplish so much at a young age. We love them and THANK them!
